Service to our community

We support Breast Cancer Awareness, Diabetes Awareness, Heart Health, and many other health related concerns through education and providing information within our communities.

Education is key for success!  We partner with local schools providing them with resources and supplies they desperately need.

S.T.A.C -Sisters Taking Action, our Branch's signature action committee that fosters - Voter education and local civic initiatives. 

From donating "Pillowcase Dresses" for young girls in Ghana to collecting gently used eyeglasses, as part of the HOTS (Helping Others to See) initiative, for recipients in Liberia Africa NAUW continues to cross borders to help others. 

We support historically Black Colleges and Universities, providing information about these excellent institutions of elevated learning.

We offer scholarships to graduating high school students who demonstrate academic achievement and a commitment to community service.
